As a senior citizen, I appreciate how they go over and above. Even on weekends and evenings, if something serious is happening, they are here quickly They even check back to see if thihgs are still ok. They deserve a raise -

submitted by Edwina G. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live In Mid-Town — The Fitzgerald is a great place to live in Mid-Town. Convenient to Penn Station, the Light Rail, and Meyerhoff Symphony Hall as well as a host of eateries. Darius and Preston in maintenance are very friendly and helpful as are the front desk staff. Any issues with the apartment are quickly resolved. Neighbors are mostly friendly and the Fitzgerald is a very, very dog-friendly residence.

submitted by Ali I. - |Recommended: YesIssue With The Cooling On The 5Th Floor. — Cooling doesn’t work on the 5th floor and in the gym. Please fix it as it becomes very hot in both the areas.

We appreciate and understand the concern this summer regarding the Fitness Center, and experienced similar frustration as we were subject to our vendor's schedule. The atmosphere is very home like. The best living decision I ever made, would do it again in a heartbeat.
